This was job in Santa Ana which included removing a 5 ton system which did not remove enough humidity during ac. We redesigned and added a 3 ton system for south side of home to include new electric gas and new ductwork with cans and grills and changing 5 ton closet to 3 ton which will support the north side of the house. The New system will give better humidity control now that it is sized properly, making our customers more comfortable not to mention the electric savings which should be about 60% to 70%.

In Irvine, California, Cool Air Tech replaced the entire heating, ventilation, and air conditioning system was replaced, including the heater, air conditioning, and ducting. The old HVAC system was 25 years old.

The heating and ventilation system was moved from the basement to the attic as part of this project. Additionally, thirteen new ducts with cans and grills were installed, and air conditioning was installed in the sixty-year-old house that had heat only prior to our work.
