We redesigned and added a 3 ton system for south side of home to include new electric gas and new ductwork with cans and grills and changing 5 ton closet to 3 ton which will support the north side of the house. The New system will give better humidity control now that it is sized properly, making our customers more comfortable not to mention the electric savings which should be about 60% to 70%.
